What happens
An application arrives in Ashby, or a candidate reaches the stage you choose.
Hirovia matches the job to the right assessment and emails the invitation under your company's name.
When they finish, the score, role fit and any warnings are added to their Ashby record, with a link to the full report.
Set it up
- In Ashby go to Admin → Integrations → API Keys → New and give the key Candidates read and Candidates write permission.
- Paste the key into Hirovia and click Connect.
- In Ashby go to Admin → Integrations → Webhooks → New and create an "Application submitted" webhook (or "Candidate stage change") with the URL and secret token Hirovia shows you.
