What happens
An application arrives in JazzHR, or a candidate reaches the stage you choose.
Hirovia matches the job to the right assessment and emails the invitation under your company's name.
When they finish, the score, role fit and any warnings are added to their JazzHR record, with a link to the full report.
Set it up
- In JazzHR go to Settings → Integrations and copy your API key.
- Paste it into Hirovia and click Connect.
- In JazzHR choose "Add Custom Integration" and enter the URL and secret key Hirovia shows you.
- Add a Workflow Helper that exports the candidate to that integration on the workflow step where the assessment should be sent.
You'll need: A JazzHR Super Administrator, Recruiting Administrator or Developer.
