What happens
An application arrives in Workable, or a candidate reaches the stage you choose.
Hirovia matches the job to the right assessment and emails the invitation under your company's name.
When they finish, the score, role fit and any warnings are added to their Workable record, with a link to the full report.
Set it up
- In Workable go to Settings → Integrations → Apps → API Access Tokens → Generate API token. Tick the scopes r_candidates, r_jobs and w_comments and pick an expiry date.
- Paste the token and your account subdomain (the part before .workable.com) into Hirovia and click Connect.
- That's it — Hirovia registers its webhooks with Workable automatically. Renew the token in Workable before it expires.
