You pay for answers, not for applications.
An invitation costs nothing. A candidate who opens the link and stops costs nothing. You are charged once, when someone finishes an assessment and a scored report exists — the thing you actually wanted.
Everything is prepaid. Top up $20, $50 or $100 at a time, or pay for a monthly plan in advance — and switch on auto-recharge so hiring never stops. No invoices, and nothing to chase.

Prices in USD, excluding any local tax. Candidates are never charged anything, on any plan.
The two ways pricing usually goes wrong, closed off.
You are never billed for the wrong plan
At the end of the month we work out what you would have paid on each plan and bill you the cheapest. A Pay-as-you-go month that runs hot is charged as Pro; a heavy Pro month is charged as Enterprise. You do not have to predict your own volume, and you are never punished for guessing wrong.
You are never billed for a non-answer
Send a thousand invitations. If two hundred people finish, you pay for two hundred. Everything else — the invitation, the reminder, the candidate who opened it on the bus and never came back — is free, because none of it produced a report you can use.
There is no feature tier.
The price changes with volume. It does not change with what you get. A $1.99 pay-as-you-go candidate is assessed exactly as thoroughly as one on Enterprise, and produces exactly the same report.
Each with its own researched success profile and target zones — nobody is scored against “good” in the abstract.
Behaviours, competencies, situational judgment, résumé and written evidence, resolved into one comparable score.
Questions aimed at where this particular candidate is least proven, so 45 minutes of interview earns its keep.
Attention checks, repeated questions, social-desirability and straight-lining detection. Gamed profiles arrive flagged, not hidden.
Scored from a neutral extract of what the candidate described, never from how well they write.
Candidates sit the assessment in their own language and score identically. The report comes back in yours.
Paste or upload hundreds at once. Every person gets their own link.
A dedicated inbox for your account — cc applications to it and invitations go out on their own.
The assessment runs under your name, not ours. Candidates never see a Hirovia sales page.
REST endpoints and a free test mode, so an ATS integration costs you nothing to build.
No per-seat pricing. Everyone who hires can see the same ranked list.
Send a hiring manager a read-only link, revocable the moment you want it back.
The cost is not the number on this page.
It is the week somebody spends reading applications that AI wrote, and the hire that goes wrong anyway because the document was never evidence.
A thousand applications is roughly forty hours of somebody's attention, and it buys you a ranking you cannot defend. Hirovia assesses all of them and hands back an ordered list — at 300 candidates that is about $349, against twelve hours of screening you no longer do.
Any applicant can generate a flawless résumé in nine seconds. None of them can fake thirty-three measured work behaviours, live judgment scenarios and written answers scored for evidence — not without tripping the validity checks, which is itself a finding.
Every score breaks into its components on the report. When someone asks why this ten and not those ten, the answer is on the page — which matters to your hiring managers, and to anyone reviewing the process afterwards.
The ones worth answering before you sign up.
What exactly counts as billable?
A completed assessment: the candidate has answered the questionnaire, the scenarios and the written questions, and a scored report exists in your dashboard. Nothing before that point is charged.
Do invitations cost anything?
No. Invite as many people as you like. You can send a thousand and pay for the two hundred who finish.
What if a candidate starts and gives up halfway?
You are not charged. Their progress is saved so they can come back and finish, and if they never do, it costs you nothing.
What happens when I exceed my included assessments?
You keep going. Extra assessments are $1.00 each on Pro and $0.75 on Enterprise, drawn from your prepaid credit as they complete. Nothing stops working and there is nothing to renegotiate.
Do unused assessments roll over?
On Pro and Enterprise, yes — for one month. A quiet January gives you extra headroom in February, but it does not accumulate indefinitely.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. No contract, no minimum, no seat count, and no sales call required at any volume. You change or cancel your plan yourself, from the billing page.
Do candidates ever pay anything?
Never. Assessments are free to take, on every plan, and always will be.
What if we are screening tens of thousands?
Enterprise scales without a new agreement: $499 a month including 500, then $0.75 for everything above. If you need something the page does not cover, the contact form reaches a person, not a queue.
Know the person who took the test is the person you'll interview.
AI can write the résumé. A friend can sit the assessment. With identity verification switched on, every applicant photographs a government ID and takes a live selfie before the first question — so the score is bound to a real, verified human, and the name on the ID is checked against the name on the application.
The check runs at the very start, so nobody can answer first and verify later. No verified ID, no assessment.
Stripe Identity reads the document, checks its security features, confirms the selfie is a live person and matches it to the ID photo. Works with passports, driver's licences and national IDs from 100+ countries.
The report shows verified / not verified and whether the name on the ID matched the application. Hirovia never stores ID images, document numbers or dates of birth — nothing sensitive lands in your account.
Billed once per candidate on their first verification attempt, whatever the outcome; a candidate who fails gets one retry at no extra charge. Candidates are never charged. Verification is a fraud-prevention signal for your process, not a background check or a consumer report.

No credit card, no demo, no onboarding project. You could have your first report back this afternoon.
