What happens
An application arrives in Recruitee, or a candidate reaches the stage you choose.
Hirovia matches the job to the right assessment and emails the invitation under your company's name.
When they finish, the score, role fit and any warnings are added to their Recruitee record, with a link to the full report.
Set it up
- In Recruitee go to Settings → Apps and plugins → Personal API tokens → Add new token, and note the company ID shown on the same page.
- Paste the token and company ID into Hirovia and click Connect.
- In Recruitee go to Settings → Apps and plugins → Webhooks → New webhook, use the URL Hirovia shows you and pick "New candidate" (or "Candidate moved").
- Copy the webhook secret Recruitee shows you into Hirovia so every webhook is verified.
You'll need: A Recruitee admin (the token works with that user's permissions).
