What happens
An application arrives in Greenhouse, or a candidate reaches the stage you choose.
Hirovia matches the job to the right assessment and emails the invitation under your company's name.
When they finish, the score, role fit and any warnings are added to their Greenhouse record, with a link to the full report.
Set it up
- In Greenhouse go to Configure → Dev Center → API Credential Management → Create new API credentials. Choose "Harvest v3 (OAuth)" and "Custom" as the partner.
- Copy the Client ID and Client secret, then grant these permissions: applications list, candidates list, jobs list and notes create.
- Paste both into Hirovia under Settings → Integrations → Greenhouse and click Connect.
- Back in Greenhouse, open Configure → Dev Center → Web Hooks and create a webhook for "Candidate has submitted application" (or "Candidate has changed stage") using the endpoint URL and secret key Hirovia shows you.
You'll need: A Greenhouse user who can manage API credentials and webhooks (usually a Site Admin).
